The cooler the body temperature is, the more likely you are to feel sleepy. Exercise also releases cortisol out of the body which helps you sleep soundly and wake up refreshed.   1. There are a lot of pros on do exercise, I noticed that after it I sleep a lot better so I'm doing evening long walks with dog from monday till friday and I'm attending watergym course at least twice per week!!!
