Journalist Dorijan Elezovic and the creative director of Cro A Porter Viktor Drago
Hi everyone!
I went to Cro A Porter yesterday evening and it was amazing! Here are the five designers that had fashion shows yesterday: Linea Exclusive, Luka, Zoran Aragovic, Tomislav Bahoric and Boudoir.
Linea Exclusive showed some beautiful cocktail dresses & a few gowns. Irina Car is Linea Exclusive's designer and she really did a great job. Their dresses sometimes look a bit tacky (although they're expensive), but this collection was different. The colors were mostly dark which made the collection look more elegant and classy. The one dress I really didn't like is the one with the silver bodice. I think it looks cheap and it's just not right. I liked the black cocktail dresses, but my favorite dress was probably the gorgeous red gown - that was a total red carpet moment.
Luka Grubisic's collection was nice, but nothing special. I really liked his unicorn concept, and that was probably the most special part of his show. The collection mostly consists of his signature T-shirts and puff skirts, which is really cute, but he always does that, so maybe it's time for something new. All in all, it was cute and pretty wearable, but that's about it.

Zoran Aragovic is the designer I know personally and who gave me the invitations for Cro A Porter. His collections are always fun, full of color and unique. This one was like that too, but the colors were a bit darker which I like a lot. The whole collection had a punk ''vibe'' and it was very London style. Amazing.

Boudoir sisters showed another collection tipical for them. A lot of corsets, glitter, sequins and clothes that are pretty unwearable. It's time for them to try something different that won't look so tacky and that women will actually be able to wear. Don't get me wrong, it's a great collection to watch on the runway, but that's pretty much it because those outfits are more lingerie than clothes.
Tomislav Bahoric showed a completely male collection and it was really amazing and special. I didn't take pictures because I don't usually follow male fashion shows but now I'm sorry I didn't. The collection had an apocalyptic note with oversized sweaters, coats and pants, some clothes even had holes in them. The main colors were grey and black. Tomislav is a real refreshment in male croatian fashion.
So that's it guys! I'm sorry for the bad quality of pictures but there were just so many people and it wasn't easy to take good pics. I'm really happy I got the chance to go to Cro A Porter and see these great designers, it was a great experience. I would love to hear your comments :)
Enjoy!
xoxo Sienna
