Dove Fashion.hr (S/S 2012) - Day 1

Hi again!
I'm going to try to keep this post as short as possible because I have a million things to do today before I go to the second night of Dove Fashion.hr.
Yesterday was the first night of Dove Fashion.hr and the first time I went. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Organization was really good, we all knew where we had to go and sit, when we had to arrive, etc.... I like that a lot, beacuse these fashion shows tend to be hectic and sometimes you don't even know where you sit, and stuff like that. I didn't manage to take any good pics so all the pics you see here are from fashion.hr except the first one - that one is mine. Ana Bacinger from fashion.hr also took a picture of me for their website. This is just a quick look at my outfit, but I'll show you details of my outfit in one of the next posts. Imam danas za napraviti još milijun stvari prije druge večeri Dove Fashion.hr-a, pa ću pokušati da ovaj post bude što kraći.
Jučer je bila prva večer Dove Fashion.hr-a i prvi put da sam išla na taj modni događaj, i moram reći da sam bila jako ugodno iznenađena. Organizacija cijelog projekta je stvarno na visokom nivou, točno se zna kada tko treba doći, gdje se ulazi, gdje se i kada podižu akreditacije, gdje tko sjedi i slično. Na ovakvim modnim događajima često bude kaosa, ali ovdje ga definitivno nije bilo. Svaka čast! Na žalost nisam uspjela slikati baš previše, tako da su sve slike u ovom postu sa fashion.hr-a, osim prve koja je moja. Preslatka Ana Bacinger sa fashion.hr-a me slikala za njihovu rubriku Pret-a-city. Slika je ova odmah ispod teksta, a cijeli članak je OVDJE.

Milan FW (S/S 2012) My favorites - Part 1

Hi everyone!
I'm really having a difficult time trying to stay up to date with all these fashion weeks, collections, in addition to my regular posts, my university and going to different events. As I mentioned in my previous post, I'm going to Dove Fashion.hr tonight, and also tomorrow, so I'll have to do posts about that too. At the same time I'm starting some collaborations, and figuring that out. I have a lot going on right now...
Because of that, I'm really sorry I'll just show you my favorite collections from Milan FW, without my comments, but I really don't have the time to make up and write them as well.

Stvarno nije lako ostati u toku sa svim ovim stranim fashion weekovima, novim kolekcijama, kad uza sve to još imate faks, regularne postove koje ste već prije planirali, te posjećivanje domaćeg ''fashion weeka''. Kao što sam u prijašnjem postu napomenula, danas i sutra idem na Dove Fashion.hr, a prekosutra na Britneyin koncert. Što znači o tome svemu ću isto raditi postove. Već se neko vrijeme pitam kada i kako ću objaviti sve te postove koje planiram... Nekako mi tjedan ima premalo dana :S
Zbog svega toga, žao mi je što neću svaku od ovih svojih najdražih kolekcija sa Milano Fashion Weeka, koje će biti u dva posta, prokomentirati, ali jednostavno ne stignem još i to napraviti.

Shopping: new and vintage

Hi everyone!
The next three days are gonna be so exciting for me because tomorrow I'm probably going to Dove Fashion.hr (it's a fashion show, like a fashion week, but it lasts 3 days), and also the day after tomorrow. Now, you probably know that I regularly go to Cro-A-Porter and Zagreb Fashion Week (yes I know, Croatia has a lot of Fashion Weeks :/), but I've never been to Dove Fashion.hr, so I'm really excited. Dove Fashion.hr is also on Saturday, but I'm not going then because I'm going to the Britney Spears concert! OMG, she's coming to Zagreb for the first time, and I still can't believe it! You have no idea how much her songs mean to me, and she's been my favorite singer for like ten years, and still is... I really don't care what others think about her, I adore her, and full stop. I hope I'll take some good pictures to show you guys:)
Anyways, this post is about my latest purchases. A couple of days ago, I bought a few fantastic vintage items that were a real bargain. The colors are amazing, too bad you can't really see that in the pics...
I also bought a few new items from H&M and Stradivarius. Hope you like them, share your thoughts:)

Dakle pošto mi je puno vas reklo da bi bilo dobro kad bih prevodila svoje postove i na hrvatski, kako bi ljudi sa ovih prostora koji ne znaju baš dobro engleski, ili im se više sviđa čitati na hrvatskom, mogli također bolje pratiti moj blog:)
Pa počnimo... Sljedeća tri dana će zaista biti predobra za mene. Sutra i prekosutra vjerojatno idem po prvi puta na Dove Fashion.hr. Ako pratite moj blog već neko vrijeme, onda znate da već nekoliko godina redovito idem na Zagreb Fashion Week, a nekoliko zadnjih sezona i na Cro-A-Porter, ali na Dove Fashion.hr-u još nisam bila. A kako stvarno volim ići na modne revije u ovom slučaju za mene vrijedi: the more the merrier. Dove Fashion.hr je i u subotu, ali taj dan neću ići jer idem na koncert Britney Spears!
Ne možete si ni zamisliti koliko mi znači što će ona konačno ovdje nastupati, to čekam već 10 godina! I molim vas sve koji ju ne volite da se suzdržite od suvišnih komentara, svatko ima pravo slušati što voli. Nadam se da ću uspjeti puno super slika napraviti:)
No, ovaj post je zapravo o onome što sam u posljednje vrijeme kupila. Posjetila sam na Ljupkinu preporuku par SHS-ova u potrazi za super vintage komadima i imala sam sreće... Našla sam divnu minty suknju, blejzer boje limete i još jednu eklektično plavu suknju sa predobrim uzorkom. Suknje naravno treba suziti, ali divne su. Nisam mogla vjerovati da sam takve boje našla! Žao mi je što na slikama i nećete vidjeti te boje kakve baš i jesu, no upotrijebite maštu:) Kupila sam i nekoliko novih stvari u Stradivariusu i H&M-u. Nadam se da vam se sviđa, podjelite svoja razmišljanja:)

Fabulous Kandee shoes

I discovered this amazing shoe brand called Kandee a couple of months ago and the first time I saw their shoes, they totally blew me away. If you haven't heard about this brand before, it's about time you find out about it, because trust me, you will love their unique shoes!
Here's a little something about the brand...
Designer Josh Wayman launched Kandee in 2010 with a mission to create footwear that is the ultimate eye-candy. Since its inception just one year ago, Kandee has become extremely popular all over the world. Even fashion icons like Victoria Beckham, Kim Kardashian, Eva Longoria, Rihanna, Chiara Ferragni, etc. have been spotted wearing Kandee shoes. The brand has also been featured in magazines like Vogue, InStyle, Cosmopolitan, OK!, etc. And all that in one year!
Another fun fact about Kandee is that their shoes often have really cute and yummy names like ''Bubble Gum'', ''Blackberry Crush'', ''Lemonade'', and so on. I love that!

Hi everyone!
Yesterday I received this amazing Flat Top Synthetic Kabuki F80 make up brush from my dear partners at  Sigma Beauty.I still haven't tried it, but I can't wait to do it. It's so soft, and looks really high quality. Thanks Sigma! If you want to get this brush, or any other make up brush, Sigma is the place to go to, because they have like every possible brush you could imagine. They also have make up bags, eye shadows, etc.

NY Fashion Week (S/S 2012) My Favorites - Part 1

Hi everyone!
As I already said in the previous post, I didn't have time to do posts about my favorite collections at New York Fashion Week every day, so now that it's over, I'm going to show you my favorite collections in 3 posts. It would be too much to put all of them in one post, so that's why I'm doing 3 posts about it. And I mean it's NY Fashion Week, it deserves 3 posts, right? :)
Another topic I wanted to talk about is the beauty brand I discovered recently called Sigma. They contacted me and asked if I would like to be their affiliate, and after I checked their website out, I immediately joined because their products are fab! They sell mostly brushes, but also makeup, makeup bags, etc. They have like every brush you could possibly imagine, and they seem really high quality, and also - the prices are really affordable! If you need a new makeup brush Sigma is the place to visit. Candy shorts and peace

Hi people!
This is what I wore to the cinema last night (FYI we saw ''Bad Teacher'' with Cameron Diaz & Justin Timberlake. The movie is amazing! I recommend it:)).
I wore these shorts that have white and pink stripes, and that combination totally reminds me of some kind of candy. I know it's silly, but that's what it looks like to me:). I wore them with a black sleeveless top, black vintage clutch and cream peep toe heels. You have already seen most of the accessories I wore, except the new bracelet with a peace sign. I bought it a couple of days ago, and mostly because of that peace sign that I love so much.
I'm still in my ''studying'' mode, beacuse I still have one important exam left. I really hope everything goes well.
Also, I will do a post about New York Fashion Week in the next couple of days. Since I'm studying, I really couldn't do posts about my favorite collections every day, so when the fashion week ends, I'll do a post about all my favorite collections.

I met with a few of our Croatian bloggers for coffee on Saturday. It was the first time I met them in person, and it was really interesting and fun. The bloggers that I met are Ana (Psycho Couture), Katarina      (Fashion Gossip) and Sonja (Trendy White).
